Facebook's Data Controller Responsibilities

Facebook shares anonymized statistical data with JiliCC through Page Insights, provides aggregated metrics to approved measurement partners, and may share data with law enforcement when legally required. All sharing follows Facebook's data protection standards.
Your Rights and Data Deletion
User Rights

Data Deletion
Facebook typically retains your data for 90 days after account deletion. Some information like public group posts or shared messages may remain visible to others. JiliCC automatically deletes inactive user data after 24 months and transaction records after 7 years, as required by law.
Requesting Deletion
To delete your data, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion. For JiliCC services, log in to your dashboard, visit Privacy Settings, and click "Request Data Deletion." Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and you'll receive email confirmation at each step.
